ククール来訪

「ドラゴンクエスト9 星空の守り人」プレイ記です。

とりあえず，ボス倒してきました。
私はRPGが好きですが，クリアに向かう課程というか，ラスボスに向かう戦闘とその後のエンディングが，どうにも苦手です。好きなゲームの世界が終わってしまう，という何ともいえない哀惜の念が，不思議なほど胸を押し上げます。
そうは言っても，最近はボスを倒して終わりじゃないRPGが増えてきました。本作もそうですが，ある意味ここからのやり込み要素こそが本質。最初のボスなど，そう言う意味ではほんの一区切り，中ボスくらいの存在でしかないのかも知れません。


さて，私がボスを倒してきた際のメンツは次のとおりです。
バトルマスター（Lv51），賢者（Lv49），魔法使い（Lv47），パラディン（Lv43）。
ボス戦はそれなりに苦労しましたので，レベルは低かったのだろうと思います。いろんな職業に浮気していた副作用でしょうかw　その分スキルの習得状況はそこそこだったので，ここで能力の底上げが出来たのだろうと思います。特に賢者のスキル「さとり」を伸ばしていたのは正解でした。MPアップのうえ，使用MP25%減の効果は大きかったです。ボス三連戦で，必殺技「神の息吹」を発動することなく，最後まで回復役をやり遂げました。

このパーティで，魔法使いの「バイキルト」でバトルマスターの攻撃力を上げ，賢者及びパラディンのスクルトとマジックバリアで防御を固めるのが基本のボス戦スタイル。
当初，パラディンの「におうだち」で全員をかばっていたのですが，魔法防御力の低めな彼はボスの間接全体攻撃を一身に受けて結構殺られたため，パーティの生命線である賢者のみをかばいつつ，バトルマスターと魔法使いの火力で敵の体力を削る作戦で撃破です。


今回のボスにまつわるストーリーも，なかなか物悲しいお話でした。最近のドラクエは，昔と違って悪が完全な悪でないものが増えてきたような気がします。これもまた，青少年への影響等を考えての配慮なのでしょうか。


とりあえず一段落したところで，ダンジョンに潜っている間は出来なかった「Wi-Fiコネクション」に接続。すると，新しいお客様が来ておりました。

今回の来客は，ドラクエ８のククール。修道院の聖堂騎士です。聖職者らしからぬ口の悪さと，ナルシスト兼キザ振りは相変わらずの模様。

今回も，アリーナと同じく誕生日を調整したり僧侶に転職したりすることで，ククールとお揃いの装備を貰えます。

ああ…宿屋の宿泊人数の少なさ，だんだん深刻になってきたな…orz
